Roy W. Kent is a partner in the firm of Kent & Wittner, P.S. and has over 33 years experience representing individuals in bankruptcy court. He served as a Chapter 7 trustee for 12 years, and he has successfully helped several thousand Puget Sound individuals and couples obtain a fresh start. Brett Wittner

 Brett Wittner

Brett L. Wittner is a partner in the firm of Kent & Wittner, P.S. He received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 1997 and received a BA from the University of Puget Sound in 1992. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Federal Bars of both the Western and Eastern District of Washington. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy and has helped thousands of people solve their debt problems through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.

Kelly M. Wittner is an associate attorney in the firm of Kent & Wittner, P.S. She graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law in 2004 and from the University of Puget Sound in 2001, and focuses her practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
